Account Director (Tobacco) (Marketing): Managing client relationships and the profitable delivery of integrated brand services with an accent on brand activation and 360 communications. Location: Hybrid (Jakarta, Indonesia). Teams are in the office an average of four days a week.

What you will do

• Drive the strategic vision of the brand in collaboration with planners.
• Lead brand activation by coordinating expert partners across digital, social, PR, media, and events.
• Ensure the profitable delivery of services and strict adherence to internal and client processes.
• Act as a trusted partner for clients, providing strategic brand and business consultation.
• Supervise and mentor the account team, managing workload and professional growth.
• Identify and unlock new business initiatives to expand the client's growth.

Requirements

• Solid experience in leading integrated campaigns within a lead agency position.
• Proven expertise in Online to Offline (O2O) activation.
• Strong presentation skills and confidence in presenting to Heads of Marketing.
• Deep knowledge of 360 communications and digital opportunities.
• Commercial acumen and ability to identify growth opportunities.
• Must be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
