TL;DR

Corporate Account Executive (Cybersecurity): Driving new business acquisition and revenue growth across the ANZ region with an accent on full-cycle sales, prospecting, and strategic account planning. Focus on leveraging the hirify.global AI-native platform to solve complex security challenges for mid-market organizations.

Location: Must be based in Sydney, Australia. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in the North Sydney office.

What you will do

  • Engage prospective customers to identify and develop new business opportunities within the territory.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process from initial prospecting through to final closure.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering to devise and execute effective account strategies.
  • Partner with Channel and Alliance teams to expand pipeline building activities.
  • Forecast and report pipeline updates with operational rigour and accuracy.
  • Provide high-touch customer service and coordinate support escalations as needed.

Requirements

  • Must have 2+ years of proven net new business generation experience within ANZ.
  • Must have professional experience in the cybersecurity industry.
  • Demonstrated success in managing a full sales cycle in an account executive capacity.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, specifically Salesforce, and data-driven forecasting.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate complex technical messaging clearly.
  • Persistent mindset with experience in cold calling and pipeline management.
