Salary: $180,000–$210,000 per year

What you will do

• Act as the Owner’s representative, providing executive-level oversight of construction activities and consultants.
• Lead and direct project teams, including Resident Engineers, inspectors, and project controls personnel.
• Maintain full accountability for project-wide safety performance and culture.
• Manage construction execution from mobilization through closeout, ensuring alignment with scope and budget.
• Oversee contract administration, claims, and complex change order negotiations.
• Represent the client in public forums, community meetings, and interagency coordination.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 12+ years of construction management experience in large-scale infrastructure or transit projects.
• Demonstrated experience delivering projects valued at $50M+.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in major construction contracts.
• Valid California Class C driver’s license.
• Must be able to work onsite at client locations in California.

Nice to have

• Professional Engineer (PE), CCM, or PMP certification.
• Experience with FTA-funded projects and compliance (Buy America/BABA).
• Experience with rail systems or EV charging infrastructure.
• Deep knowledge of California public works contracting.
