Salary: $180,000–$210,000 per year

What you will do
- Act as the Owner’s representative, providing executive-level oversight of construction activities and consultants.
- Lead and direct project teams, including Resident Engineers, inspectors, and project controls personnel.
- Maintain full accountability for project-wide safety performance and culture.
- Manage construction execution from mobilization through closeout, ensuring alignment with scope and budget.
- Oversee contract administration, claims, and complex change order negotiations.
- Represent the client in public forums, community meetings, and interagency coordination.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 12+ years of construction management experience in large-scale infrastructure or transit projects.
- Demonstrated experience delivering projects valued at $50M+.
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in major construction contracts.
- Valid California Class C driver’s license.
- Must be able to work onsite at client locations in California.
Nice to have
- Professional Engineer (PE), CCM, or PMP certification.
- Experience with FTA-funded projects and compliance (Buy America/BABA).
- Experience with rail systems or EV charging infrastructure.
- Deep knowledge of California public works contracting.
