What you will do

• Lead projects through construction phases, providing overall field contract administration and coordination.
• Supervise staff to ensure contractor activities are monitored and controlled according to design specifications.
• Act as the primary on-site liaison between the client, company personnel, and contractors to resolve project issues.
• Manage construction projects from the award of contracts through final completion.
• Maintain project budgets and schedules while adhering to cost and delivery contractual commitments.
• Provide construction monitoring and deliver comprehensive weekly status reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Civil, Environmental, or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum ten years of construction inspection experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to work in outdoor environments and perform physical demands, including lifting up to 35 lbs.
