What you will do

• Administer contract terms and process submittals throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform on-site inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and contract documents.
• Act as a liaison between design professionals, contractors, and clients.
• Review and process monthly pay requests and manage change orders.
• Maintain project documentation including RFI logs, meeting minutes, and permits.
• Represent the firm at pre-bid, bid, and construction meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering Technology, or Construction Engineering Technology.
• Experience in construction execution, specifically with waterline, sanitary, and storm sewer installation.
• Familiarity with State and Municipal construction and materials specifications.
• Ability to read and interpret project plans and contract specifications.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
