What you will do

• Lead the development and implementation of construction phasing strategies for transit rail infrastructure.
• Coordinate track access, outages, shutdowns, and work windows with Operations and Maintenance personnel.
• Manage constructability reviews, work packages, staging plans, and site logistics.
• Monitor contractor performance and compliance with approved work plans from pre-construction to closeout.
• Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, and risk management activities.
• Prepare executive-level progress reports and presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Transportation Engineering, or Architecture.
• 10+ years of construction management experience in transportation, rail, transit, or heavy civil projects.
• 5+ years managing complex multi-phased construction projects in active operational environments.
• Strong expertise in cost controls, scheduling, and contract administration.
• Must be based in San Francisco, California for onsite work.
