What you will do

• Collaborate with designers and engineers to produce high-quality weapons, gameplay items, and abilities for Fortnite.
• Act as the functional Gameplay Producer for a small embedded team.
• Own and drive the team's schedule, objectives, and priorities with minimal oversight.
• Manage production roadmaps, timelines, and estimates.
• Participate in playtests to identify and drive solutions for encountered problems.
• Manage Jira tasks and triage priorities within a rapid development cycle.

Requirements

• 3+ years of production experience, preferably in multiplayer games.
• At least one shipped title while holding a Production title.
• Ability to handle rapidly changing deliverables in a live-service environment.
• Strong communication skills for reporting progress across all organization levels.
• Proficiency in writing roadmaps and managing Jira tasks.
• Must be based in or able to work from Bellevue, WA or Vancouver, Canada (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Experience with Live Service on a shipped AAA title.
• Experience specifically in gameplay, combat, or core loop production.
• Experience leading functional or feature development teams.
