What you will do

• Lead the overall game submission process for AAA titles from pre-certification to post-launch, coordinating between dev, QA, and Release Management.
• Act as "mission control" during launches to drive internal alignment and resolve tactical live game issues.
• Drive the integration of backend and core technology services into games based on release schedules.
• Design and run internal game evaluation processes, incorporating feedback from Publishing and QA.
• Translate technical game knowledge into actionable business requirements for marketing and commercial partners.
• Manage designated portions of AAA game budgets, including external development and porting costs.

Requirements

• 4-5+ years of experience in internal or external game development, specifically with AAA or Live Service titles.
• Proven ability to lead full games or major features from inception to ship.
• Deep understanding of the game development lifecycle and major milestones.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for managing diverse internal and external teams.
• Experience in financial management and resolving budget risks.
• Must be based in Novato, California.
