What you will do

• Own and maintain the team's task tracker (JIRA) and project documentation.

• Conduct postmortems after game completion to implement process improvements.
• Playtest internal titles and analyze competitor games to enhance mechanics and player experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Game Producer or in a similar project management role.
• Degree in Game Production, Project Management, or equivalent professional experience.
• Deep understanding of the game development lifecycle and production methodologies.
• Proficiency with project management tools, specifically JIRA.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with global teams.
