Salary: $85,700 – $126,860 per year

What you will do

• Lead publishing workstreams including Age Ratings, User Research, and Localization to meet milestones on time and budget.
• Manage the asset approval process for in-game content, including licensor and legal approvals.
• Support QA and 1st Party Submissions pipelines for launch content and post-launch patches.
• Collaborate with Product Management on live ops tasks, content allocation, and testing coordination.
• Partner with Marketing and Commercial teams to provide organizational clarity.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on game mechanics and gameplay loops.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Novato, California
• 2-3+ years of experience in game development, ideally within AAA or live-service environments.
• Proven experience in project management and production.
• Strong communication skills to translate technical development details for non-technical teams.
• Solid understanding of the game development lifecycle from inception to global launch.
• Proficiency with Jira and Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with golf and its surrounding culture.
• Experience playing AAA sports or other live service games.
