What you will do

• Create and execute thorough production plans and project schedules for a new IP.
• Establish and optimize production pipelines for co-development and external partner engagements.
• Manage co-development budgets, including staff headcount and financial allocations.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with external development partners.
• Collaborate with the Executive Producer to align planning across all development areas.
• Ensure studio compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a game development production role.
• Significant experience working closely with external development partners.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Excel, Confluence, Shotgrid, or similar production tools.
• Experience working on "games as a service" (live games).
• Must be based in the US (implied by 401k and US-specific benefits).

• Experience developing a new IP from pre-production through ship and sustain.
