What you will do

• Create and advocate for realistic production plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Establish and iterate on production pipelines for co-development and external engagements to improve velocity.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with co-development and external partners.
• Collaborate with the Executive Producer to align production plans across all areas of development.
• Assist Studio Operations with generating contracts and tracking associated deliverables.
• Ensure studio compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Proven game development experience in a production role.
• Proven experience working closely with external development partners.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Excel, Confluence, Shotgrid or equivalent production tools.
• Experience working on live games (games as a service).
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience developing a new IP from preproduction through ship and sustain.
• Experience producing competitive or social games and modes.
• Experience importing assets into Unreal pipelines.
