What you will do

• Lead coordination between the game systems team, directors, and other departments to ensure project alignment.
• Build and maintain project schedules, roadmaps, and tracking reports.
• Manage day-to-day operations by defining, prioritizing, and tracking tasks.
• Conduct build reviews to assess progress and feature quality throughout development.
• Collaborate with other producers to refine and improve project processes.
• Provide people management and career development support for a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in game production.
• Relevant experience managing project managers or team leads.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary work.
• Ability to translate complex creative concepts into clear, actionable roadmaps.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and French.

Nice to have

• Experience working on multiplayer or melee combat titles.
• Proven track record in managing the development of specific game features.
