Salary: $50,000–$65,000

What you will do

• Prepare and process purchase orders to support product and operational requirements.
• Analyze purchasing reports to prioritize orders based on business-critical needs.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and operational efficiency.
• Resolve discrepancies related to orders, deliveries, and invoices.
• Develop and track actionable supplier KPIs to improve performance visibility.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to identify cost-saving opportunities.

Requirements

• University degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant procurement or supply chain experience.
• Proficiency in Oracle or SAP SCM is required.
• Strong analytical skills with experience working with large datasets.
• Experience with Power BI or similar dashboarding tools is highly valued.
• Ability to operate in both centralized and decentralized procurement environments.

• Experience within the elevator industry or a similar industrial/technical sector.
