Salary: $100,000 - $140,000

What you will do

• Lead national supply chain execution by driving best practices across purchasing, planning, and inventory management.
• Optimize performance and cost control by monitoring KPIs and leading continuous improvement initiatives to reduce working capital risk.
• Direct and coordinate national supply chain functions to drive profitability and high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Enhance S&OP and planning discipline by aligning demand and supply strategies to reduce forecasting errors.
• Drive cross-functional alignment by partnering with Customer Service, Trade, Transportation, Sales, and Operations.
• Manage the PowerUser network and improve UAT testing quality to align system capabilities with business requirements.

Requirements

• University Degree or College Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain in a leadership capacity.
• Strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to travel is required.
