What you will do

• Manage production schedules and monitor on-time delivery dashboards to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Prepare and update daily operational reports, including late order tracking and reliability trackers.
• Maintain system data accuracy, conduct routine audits, and initiate corrective actions for order issues.
• Coordinate inventory disposition for scrap parts and identify inventory with no active demand.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations to drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
• Follow and contribute to ISO standard operating procedures and 5S principles to maintain a safe work environment.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Toronto, Canada.
• 2-5 years of experience in production planning, inventory, or supply chain within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience working with ERP systems or supply chain software.
• Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
• Ability to work in an environment with exposure to manufacturing noise, dust, and heat.
