What you will do
- Lead and deliver strategic operational projects to improve business scalability and execution.
- Manage recurring operational programs, including the monthly commission payout cycle.
- Implement and maintain CRM tools and systems like Salesforce and Apollo.
- Monitor and optimize the sales pipeline to improve lead generation quality and quantity.
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to align sales processes and reporting tools.
- Create documentation, playbooks, and training programs to support team effectiveness.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related analytical role.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems like Salesforce or Pipedrive.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data tools such as Excel or Looker.
- Familiarity with GTM tools including Apollo, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage own workload and take initiative without heavy oversight.
