What you will do

  • Manage Salesforce data integrity, coordinate end-to-end sales transactions, and ensure pipeline forecast accuracy.
  • Define and monitor Sales KPIs and develop Power BI dashboards to deliver actionable insights on deal velocity and productivity.
  • Act as the regional champion for sales tools, partnering with Global Ops to optimize workflows and drive adoption.
  • Guide Sales teams on opportunity management and ensure compliance with internal pricing and CRM standards.
  • Contribute to annual and quarterly sales planning, including territory design and capacity modeling.
  • Synthesize and present data-driven performance insights to senior management for executive decision-making.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales operations, administration, or finance.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and Power BI for data analysis.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong influencing and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in Spanish.
