What you will do
- Lead and optimize comprehensive revenue operations projects and sales compensation plans.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of sales metrics to identify performance trends and provide actionable insights.
- Oversee business planning, pipeline management, and forecasting processes.
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies to support sales strategy execution.
- Evaluate and recommend new sales technologies and tools to enhance team effectiveness.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance across all sales systems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related roles.
- Proven ability to deliver advanced sales analysis and business intelligence to senior leadership.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Power BI with experience in sales analytics platforms.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience building automated, database-driven workflows to reduce spreadsheet dependence.
- Must be able to work onsite in New York City as required by the recruitment process.
