What you will do
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
- Process orders and resolve blocked orders within the ERP system.
- Coordinate shipments, track deliveries, and handle export documentation.
- Resolve shortage, overage, damage claims, and warranty-related issues.
- Support EDI/Teccom processes and resolve technical reject errors.
- Collaborate with sales, accounting, and logistics teams to drive process improvements.
Requirements
- Fluent in English, French, and Spanish (speaking and writing)
- Relevant education in Business Administration, International Trade, or 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing/distribution environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and data entry skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
- Must be based in or able to work in Zaragoza, Spain.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Italian.
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
