TL;DR

Account Manager (EdTech): Driving the expansion of AV1 robotics solutions within the North Rhine-Westphalia region to support inclusive education with an accent on executive-level relationship building. Focus on orchestrating multi-stakeholder decisions across education authorities and municipal leaders to secure strategic agreements.

Location: Remote, but must be based anywhere within the North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW) region and be willing to travel regularly across the region.

What you will do

  • Build and execute a go-to-market strategy for the NRW territory, including segmentation and account prioritization.
  • Cultivate strategic relationships with municipal leaders, education authorities, and school executives.
  • Lead the full-cycle acquisition and expansion of strategic accounts through multi-stakeholder close plans.
  • Apply consultative sales frameworks (e.g., MEDDPICC, SPIN) to drive value and move from business case to signed terms.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation.
  • Develop a regional partner network and represent the company at conferences, roundtables, and policy forums.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in B2B enterprise sales within the German market, managing long cycles and complex deals.
  • Ability to build credibility and earn trust from C-suite and school leaders through face-to-face engagement.
  • Native-level German and professional English proficiency.
  • Must be based within the North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW) region.
  • Ability to run structured discovery and build quantified ROI cases.

Nice to have

  • Experience with MEDDPICC, MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger methodologies.
  • Proficiency in using HubSpot for pipeline hygiene and forecasting.
