What you will do

• Assist customers via phone and email with product and service inquiries.
• Manage inbound and outbound communications across multiple channels.
• Proactively identify solutions to anticipate customer needs.
• Own the resolution of customer issues from start to finish.
• Provide technical support for website navigation.
• Create delightful experiences during every customer interaction.

Requirements

• Must reside in the United States and be authorized to work without sponsorship.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2+ years of customer service experience.
• At least 1+ years of experience in the veterinary or healthcare space.
• 6+ months of professional experience with computer and web-based tools.
• Availability to work 9:30am - 6pm ET, Monday - Friday.
• Stable broadband internet (10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload).

Nice to have

• 2+ years of relevant phone or email customer service experience.
• Experience working in virtual environments.
