What you will do
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Research and resolve questions related to policy coverage, claims, and billing.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members or management.
- Perform data entry tasks, including sorting and indexing scanned mail and emails.
- Meet production quotas and quality standards set by management.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or call center environments.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Experience in insurance, healthcare, or veterinary reception is a strong advantage.
- Ability to obtain a Property & Casualty (IL) license.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
