What you will do
- Handle patient check-in, registration, intake forms, and check-out with a warm, professional first impression.
- Verify patient identity and required documentation; educate patients on post-scan expectations.
- Manage appointment scheduling, cancellations, and rescheduling.
- Serve as a liaison between patients, providers, technologists, and clinical staff; keep the front desk organized and stocked.
- Support MRI scan workflow by escorting patients, explaining pre-scan protocols, and assisting with positioning and safety screening.
- Prepare and maintain the MRI suite and report technical issues to the appropriate personnel.
Requirements
- On-site availability in Dallas, Texas and ability to cover shifts with up to 45-minute notice when needed.
- At least 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or a related field.
- Availability for a flexible schedule, including weekdays, weeknights, and weekends.
- Ability to stand for extended periods to support in-clinic patient care.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail and organizational ability.
- Authorization to work in the United States at the time of hire; no visa sponsorship.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in healthcare, hospitality, or MedSpa.
- Experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
