What you will do

• Perform patient intake and screening according to established criteria.
• Guide patients and families through the facility to appointments and departments.
• Act as a friendly point of contact to address concerns and provide emotional support.
• Communicate patient needs and scheduling information to clinical staff.
• Maintain organized screening stations and monitor facility safety and cleanliness.
• Handle appointment confirmations, no-shows, and rescheduling tasks.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year of customer or patient service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform diverse tasks in a fast-paced, high-noise environment.
• Basic computer proficiency for data entry and retrieval.
• Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and HIPAA standards.
