What you will do
- Perform patient intake and screening according to established criteria.
- Guide patients and families through the facility to appointments and departments.
- Act as a friendly point of contact to address concerns and provide emotional support.
- Communicate patient needs and scheduling information to clinical staff.
- Maintain organized screening stations and monitor facility safety and cleanliness.
- Handle appointment confirmations, no-shows, and rescheduling tasks.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum one year of customer or patient service experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to perform diverse tasks in a fast-paced, high-noise environment.
- Basic computer proficiency for data entry and retrieval.
- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and HIPAA standards.

- Prior experience in a healthcare or hospitality setting.
