What you will do
- Resolve service desk tickets related to clinical applications via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Monitor application performance and usage to identify and address operational issues.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for help desk processes and procedures.
- Provide training and guidance to staff to improve self-support capabilities.
- Enforce security measures and SOPs to ensure data protection and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand operational needs and implement innovative solutions.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA.
- 1+ years of experience in customer support, training, or clinical application management, specifically with eClinicalWorks.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time to supported locations.
Nice to have
- Experience with Homecare Homebase, Forcura, Waystar, Medalogix, or NVOQ.
- Experience with supply or medication interfaces.
