Salary: $95,000 – $135,000

What you will do

• Perform and lead capital structuring analyses, including rating, cost of capital, and liquidity stress tests.
• Present capital structuring advice to clients and prospects, eventually leading discussions with CFOs and treasurers.
• Originate and execute tailored structured solution transactions.
• Identify unique client financing needs and prepare marketing materials and term sheets.
• Manage legal documentation and internal credit application processes.
• Negotiate transaction terms and ensure compliance with risk-mitigating credit structures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 1+ years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or accounting.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and business writing.
• Experience with LBO models, discounted cash flow (DCF), and valuation methods.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; no visa sponsorship available.
• General knowledge of capital markets, accounting, legal, and tax frameworks.

Nice to have

• CPA certification.
• Knowledge of S&P and Moody’s ratings methodologies.
• Commercial experience in a related field.
