Location: Must be based in Boca Raton, Florida (Hybrid: Mon-Thu in office, Fri remote)

Salary: $65,000–$75,000

What you will do

• Resolve trade breaks and unmatched trades in collaboration with trading partners.
• Manage security setup and offering document distribution with RBC.
• Execute order entry within the hirify.global Exchange platform.
• Perform trade operations using Bloomberg TOMs.
• Assist with month-end calendar closeouts and account openings.
• Confirm order accuracy with RIAs, broker-dealers, and issuers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or economics.
• Must obtain Series 7 and 63 licenses within 4 months of hire.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
