Compensation: $102,600–$179,250 USD

What you will do

• Manage deal pipelines and maintain CRM data for senior stakeholder visibility.
• Build and maintain complex valuation models, including corporate M&A, deal comps, and trading comps.
• Develop driver-based operational models to support business cases and scenario analysis.
• Prepare impactful materials for investment committee and board-level reviews.
• Coordinate cross-functional due diligence teams and external advisors.
• Support divestiture activities, including carve-out preparation and self-due diligence.

Requirements

• Must be based in New York City, NY with ability to work in a hybrid office environment.
• 2–5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development.
• Demonstrated end-to-end M&A transaction experience.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, and understanding of SaaS/AI business metrics.
• Advanced competency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Math, or Computer Science (MBA preferred).

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience using AI platforms like ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot for M&A workflows.
• Experience with financial research platforms like CapitalIQ or PitchBook.
