Location: Hybrid in New York City, NY (2 days a week in office)

Salary: $102,600 - $179,250 USD + Bonus

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end M&A process from initial pipeline management through valuation, due diligence, and execution.
• Develop complex valuation models (DCF, trading/deal comps) and driver-based operational models tailored to SaaS businesses.
• Prepare concise, high-impact materials for investment committees and board-level reviews.
• Coordinate cross-functional due diligence workstreams involving product, strategy, legal, finance, tax, and HR teams.
• Engage directly with targets, investment banks, private equity funds, and transaction advisors.
• Support divestiture activities, including carve-out preparation and self-due diligence.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development.
• Demonstrated end-to-end M&A transaction experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or equivalent (MBA preferred).
• Must be based in the USA and able to work hybridly in New York City.
• Deep familiarity with SaaS and AI business models and operating metrics (ARR, net retention, churn, LTV/CAC).
• Advanced competency in Excel (valuation models) and PowerPoint (executive presentations).

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience automating M&A workflows using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot.
• MBA degree.
