What you will do

• Underwrite new transactions and perform ongoing portfolio management.
• Prepare confidential investment memorandums and lender presentations.
• Analyze financial statements and sponsor models to identify business trends and risks.
• Conduct industry research to evaluate macro trends and the competitive environment.
• Review legal documents and coordinate with external counsel to finalize investment terms.
• Monitor assigned portfolios and participate in quarterly credit reviews.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in public accounting, financial consulting, valuation, leveraged finance, or investment banking.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a quantitative field.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with proficiency in financial statement analysis.
• Advanced Excel-based modeling skills.
• Familiarity with market data sources like CapitalIQ, Pitchbook, and Bloomberg.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
