What you will do

• Define and continuously improve engineering operational frameworks and governance.
• Own the engineering KPI framework, including design delivery, cycle time, and rework metrics.
• Develop dashboards and reporting to provide executive-level portfolio visibility.
• Implement capacity planning and resource management methodologies across engineering teams.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce systemic bottlenecks.
• Partner with PMO, Operations, Manufacturing, and Quality functions to ensure effective delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• 8–12+ years of experience in engineering operations or technical program leadership.
• Demonstrated success in improving engineering processes and governance at scale.
• Experience working in complex, cross-functional manufacturing and operations environments.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA (no sponsorship available).
