What you will do

• Oversee daily operations across Engineering & Design, Project Management, Production, and Logistics.
• Ensure operational plans support strategic objectives, production schedules, and budget expectations.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for multidisciplinary teams to resolve operational issues and remove project barriers.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and developmental support to team managers and supervisors.
• Monitor operational capacities and report on key performance indicators and metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, and TOC.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in manufacturing, production, or project-based environments.
• At least 5 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role within the substation industry.
• Proven ability to implement lean manufacturing or continuous improvement strategies.
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be able to work on-site in Pineville, Louisiana.

Nice to have

• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Certified Production and Inventory Management (CPIM).
• Working knowledge of operational metrics and data analytics.
