What you will do

• Analyze production requirements and ensure timely availability of tools and resources to meet schedules.
• Monitor and report production KPIs to identify performance gaps and continuous improvement opportunities.
• Drive improvement initiatives by implementing corrective and preventive action plans (CAPA) for safety, quality, and cost.
• Provide technical support to production teams and optimize workstation and line layouts.
• Lead cross-functional problem-solving initiatives involving Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and Supply Chain.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) related to defects, non-conformities, and process deviations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in wind energy, automotive, aerospace, heavy equipment, or industrial manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience in manufacturing or assembly operations and process improvement.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical or mechanical schematics and assembly instructions.
• Must possess a full valid driver’s license and be insurable.
• Fluent English proficiency is required to effectively communicate safety and job-related information.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Experience with ERP/MES systems, particularly SAP.
• Understanding of ISO 9000:2000 Quality System.
• Experience with CAPEX projects and layout redesigns.
