Continuous Improvement Manager (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead kaizens, rapid improvements, and structured problem-solving on the manufacturing floor.
• Coach and develop hourly and salaried teams in Lean basics and disciplined execution.
• Manage site CI execution using the One Watts Performance System (OWPS) tools and routines.
• Facilitate strategy deployment and translate priorities into an active improvement roadmap.
• Identify and validate opportunities to deliver measurable financial and operational business impact.
• Lead the CI steering committee and ensure cross-functional alignment across operations and engineering.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing or operations with a track record of hands-on improvement delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field.
• Proven ability to lead and coach teams on the floor and influence across functions.
• Strong capability in practical Lean methods such as VSM, 5S, SMED, TPM, and visual management.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word with a strong data-driven mindset.

Nice to have

• Lean transformation or Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Previous experience in operations supervision or production management.
• Experience working with SAP.
