What you will do
- Lead kaizens, rapid improvements, and structured problem-solving on the manufacturing floor.
- Coach and develop hourly and salaried teams in Lean basics and disciplined execution.
- Manage site CI execution using the One Watts Performance System (OWPS) tools and routines.
- Facilitate strategy deployment and translate priorities into an active improvement roadmap.
- Identify and validate opportunities to deliver measurable financial and operational business impact.
- Lead the CI steering committee and ensure cross-functional alignment across operations and engineering.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in manufacturing or operations with a track record of hands-on improvement delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field.
- Proven ability to lead and coach teams on the floor and influence across functions.
- Strong capability in practical Lean methods such as VSM, 5S, SMED, TPM, and visual management.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word with a strong data-driven mindset.
Nice to have
- Lean transformation or Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
- Previous experience in operations supervision or production management.
- Experience working with SAP.
