Senior Continuous Improvement Manager (Manufacturing): Leading lean transformation and operational excellence across multiple manufacturing sites with an accent on bridging the gap between CI tools and tangible shop floor results. Focus on facilitating high-impact Kaizens, mentoring onsite CI managers, and driving measurable P&L impact through strategy deployment.
Location: Hybrid. Must be based in or work from North Andover, MA, Groveport, OH, or St. Paul’s, NC (3 days in office, 2 days remote).

What you will do
- Provide dotted-line leadership and coaching to onsite CI Managers and hourly leads across 3–6 manufacturing locations.
- Translate the One Watts Performance System (OWPS) into tangible, winning results on the shop floor.
- Personally facilitate high-impact Kaizens and complex problem-solving events.
- Translate top-level business goals into a concrete, cross-functional improvement funnel executed by the shop floor.
- Identify and prioritize high-value opportunities to drive measurable AOP success and P&L impact.
- Lead CI Steering Committees to ensure alignment between Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in manufacturing/operations with a track record of owning results.
- Direct experience in Operations Supervision or Production Management.
- Expert-level knowledge of Lean methods (VSM, SMED, TPM, Material Flow).
- Proven ability to drive outcomes in a matrix organization through influence.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
Nice to have
- Lean Transformation expertise or Six Sigma Black Belt.
- Experience with SAP.
