TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (at least 3 days per week in-person) in Chicago, New York, Philadelphia, Washington DC, Dallas, or Houston

What you will do

  • Lead HR due diligence for M&A, assessing people, culture, structure, costs, and risks.
  • Design future-state HR operating models and service delivery structures aligned with business strategy.
  • Drive multi-workstream HR transformation initiatives, including organizational design, process redesign, and policy alignment.
  • Advise C-suite and senior HR leaders on people strategy and modernization to drive measurable outcomes.
  • Lead sales and proposal efforts, contributing to thought leadership and the development of new market offerings.
  • Mentor and develop consulting teams, fostering an inclusive and high-performing team culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or Organizational Development (Master's strongly preferred).
  • HR or change-related certification such as SHRM SCP, SPHR, or Prosci.
  • 10+ years in HR transformation and consulting with a track record of managing large projects and teams.
  • Deep expertise in HR operating models and leading HR Diligence across the HR value chain.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% as needed.
  • Must be based in the US and able to adhere to the hybrid work model.
