What you will do

• Serve as a trusted transformation advisor to strategic in-house clients, embedding in their operations to identify AI opportunities.
• Design end-to-end AI transformation programs covering prioritization, executive alignment, rollout planning, and governance.
• Develop the operational infrastructure of the practice, including repeatable playbooks, workshop formats, and value realization frameworks.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to remove adoption barriers and inform product decisions.
• Define and track success metrics such as ROI, utilization, and renewal readiness.
• Represent the company as a thought leader within the in-house legal and legal ops community.

Requirements

• JD or equivalent legal qualification.
• 12+ years of experience practicing law at a top-tier law firm, followed by experience on an in-house legal team at a leading enterprise.
• Deep understanding of in-house legal operations and the specific pressures faced by General Counsels (GCs) and legal ops leaders.
• Strong point of view on the trajectory of AI within the legal industry.
• Executive presence and credibility to advise C-level legal executives.
• Proven ability to build functions and playbooks from the ground up in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
