• Establish and maintain the enterprise transformation narrative to ensure consistent communication of priorities and progress.
• Serve as the single source of truth for transformation storytelling across the organization.
• Synthesize operational performance and strategic initiatives into executive-level recommendations.
• Develop content and materials to support senior leadership discussions on transformation strategy.
• Identify gaps and inconsistencies across transformation efforts to drive cross-functional alignment.
• Refine metrics and methods for measuring and communicating transformation success.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in strategy, executive communications, consulting, or change leadership.
• Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives and leadership teams.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation development skills.
• Strong ability to synthesize complex information into clear, compelling narratives.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
