What you will do

• Provide detailed daily reports on onsite activities, weather, permit inspections, and material deliveries.
• Verify that all work is completed in general conformance with construction documents and local codes.
• Maintain digital logs of submittals and RFIs, checking delivered materials against approved specifications.
• Monitor project schedules and report any site safety or OSHA violations to the CM/GC.
• Assist the Project Manager with the monthly review of CM/GC pay requisitions and project schedules.
• Coordinate testing and inspections with the Owner's testing agency and other subconsultants.

Requirements

• 10 years of construction supervisory experience (or 7 years with a bachelor’s degree in architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field).
• 5 years of experience reviewing and understanding construction plans and specifications.
• 5 years of experience understanding and following a CM/GC Project Specific Safety Plan.
• Possess a current OSHA 10-hour or 30-hour Certificate or the ability to obtain it within 30 days of hire.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, crawl, climb, and lift 40 pounds or more, and endure extreme temperatures and loud noises on site.
