What you will do

• Lead electrical engineering design for new data centers, capacity expansions, and infrastructure upgrades.
• Manage mission-critical systems including substations, medium/low-voltage distribution, generators, and UPS.
• Establish and improve electrical engineering standards and design guidelines across the data center portfolio.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Construction, and Network Engineering to ensure cohesive execution.
• Provide technical oversight for design drawings, specifications, and calculations from vendors and consultants.
• Develop electrical monitoring strategies, integrating with EPMS and SCADA platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in mission-critical facilities, data centers, or similarly complex environments.
• Strong knowledge of substations, switchgear, UPS, and power distribution systems.
• Must be a U.S. person (citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) to comply with export control regulations.
• Willingness to travel to data center sites as needed.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license is preferred.
