Salary: $147,493 – $190,000

What you will do

• Design production, staging, QA, and development cloud environments focusing on AWS.
• Implement systems and processes to manage cloud security, cost, monitoring, scalability, and redundancy.
• Act as a technical consultant across various departments to improve software functionality and performance.
• Supervise technical project aspects and investigate software-related performance complaints.
• Provide training to other engineers and recommend new technologies to increase productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and implement architectural solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 9+ years of relevant experience in an engineering role.
• Expertise in Cloud Architecture, Security Engineering, DevOps, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Java, or Scala.
• Experience managing the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC) and debugging large databases.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup with occasional presence in Virginia Beach, VA.
