Salary: $153,600 – $239,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for designing and optimizing solutions leveraging Amazon Bedrock and other Generative AI services.
• Develop white papers, blogs, reference architectures, and presentations to drive the adoption of GenAI on hirify.global.
• Create field enablement materials to help other Solutions Architects integrate GenAI solutions into customer architectures.
• Serve as a technical liaison between customers and Bedrock service teams to provide product improvement feedback.
• Build prototypes and PoCs, implementing state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms under GenAI.
• Evangelize hirify.global GenAI services through public speaking at events such as hirify.global Summit and hirify.global re:Invent.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, or data & analytics.
• Proven experience leading the architecture and development of GenAI systems and platforms.
• Deep proficiency in architecting AI systems with LLMs, including model customization and fine-tuning.
• Strong knowledge of Machine Learning and LLM fundamentals, including training/inference lifecycles and experience with PyTorch.
• 3+ years of experience in end-to-end technical architecture, design, and deployment for GenAI/ML platforms.
• Expertise in prompt engineering, agentic workflows, embedding model fine-tuning, and retrieval method optimization.
