What you will do
- Architect theater strategies and comprehensive marketing plans to land and expand in large enterprise accounts.
- Build differentiated regional strategies, scalable programs, and world-class events across buying personas.
- Act as a strategic advisor to Sales and Inside Sales leadership through executive presentations and business reviews.
- Lead, mentor, and hire a geographically dispersed team, fostering a culture of high performance and innovation.
- Establish executive-level reporting and KPI frameworks to track pipeline and program ROI.
- Manage the APAC roll-up budget to ensure allocation toward high-impact activities.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience building and scaling high-performing marketing teams.
- Demonstrated ability to coach talent and drive career growth for top performers.
- Strong change management skills to navigate ambiguity in high-growth environments.
- Ability to translate data into actionable business insights and stories.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills for C-suite engagement.
- Ability to travel as needed to support theater events and team meetings.
