What you will do

• Architect theater strategies and comprehensive marketing plans to land and expand in large enterprise accounts.
• Build differentiated regional strategies, scalable programs, and world-class events across buying personas.
• Act as a strategic advisor to Sales and Inside Sales leadership through executive presentations and business reviews.
• Lead, mentor, and hire a geographically dispersed team, fostering a culture of high performance and innovation.
• Establish executive-level reporting and KPI frameworks to track pipeline and program ROI.
• Manage the APAC roll-up budget to ensure allocation toward high-impact activities.
