What you will do
- Implement brand strategies and guidelines to ensure consistency across all organizational touchpoints.
- Create and manage internal communications campaigns (newsletters, intranet content, and employee engagement initiatives).
- Produce high-quality marketing and communications content, including copy, graphics, and multimedia materials.
- Coordinate and align brand messaging with cross-functional teams; manage campaigns from conception through execution and evaluation.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide data-driven insights to inform future strategies.
- Maintain and update digital platforms (website and content management systems) and coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in brand and internal communications, including employee engagement.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms, including CMS and marketing automation software.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret marketing data and metrics.
- Right to work and travel within the UK is required (documentary evidence will be required).
