What you will do

• Own the full lifecycle of events and webinars across APAC, including planning, promotion, execution, and optimization.
• Lead a high volume of in-person events annually, from executive roundtables to large-scale conferences.
• Integrate key marketing initiatives like TRM Academy and Leo Labs into event programming to amplify regional impact.
• Identify and execute strategic co-marketing opportunities with partners and vendors to drive pipeline growth.
• Scale and optimize event operations by refining workflows, standardizing documentation, and tracking performance metrics.
• Collaborate with APAC stakeholders to design and deliver high-quality, strategically aligned events.

Requirements

• 2-4+ years of experience in event marketing, preferably within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment (fintech, compliance, or cybersecurity).
• Demonstrated experience executing 50-70+ events annually for both public and private sector audiences.
• Proven ability to align event objectives with business goals like pipeline generation and revenue influence.
• Strong project management capability and experience managing external vendors and budget oversight.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zapier.
• Full professional proficiency in English and willingness to travel 1-2 times per month.

Nice to have

• Prior experience at an events agency.
• Experience planning and executing webinars and paid media campaigns.
• Proficiency in Korean and/or Japanese languages.
