What you will do

• Lead site plan development and technical due diligence for kiosk deployments.
• Develop and issue construction documentation for bidding to construction partners.
• Manage a technical design team to produce drawing packages and technical exhibits.
• Establish scalable, standardized processes for ROW deployments across diverse U.S. markets.
• Design permitting strategies to accelerate simultaneous approvals across multiple jurisdictions.
• Coordinate with utilities for power design, meter installation, and paths to energization.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in program strategy, permitting, or utility coordination in ROW or infrastructure (telecom, EV charging, OOH).
• Proven success scaling permitting strategies across multiple U.S. jurisdictions.
• Expertise in utility coordination and power delivery for distributed assets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Engineering, or Public Policy (Master’s preferred).
• Must be capable of signing and sealing construction documents in applicable markets.
