What you will do

• Manage multiple commercial grading and paving projects simultaneously from inception to closeout.
• Develop detailed project schedules, monitor costs, track budgets, and manage change orders.
• Review plans, specifications, and geotechnical reports, coordinating with estimators during pre-construction.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, engineers, inspectors, and subcontractors.
• Ensure strict adherence to OSHA regulations and promote a strong safety culture on all sites.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including daily reports, RFIs, and submittals.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing commercial sitework and paving projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of earthwork, site development, and asphalt paving.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Rockville, VA.
• Experience in subcontractor and field crew coordination.
• Ability to manage project budgeting, scheduling, and regulatory compliance.
