What you will do

• Develop and execute long-term account strategies to drive growth and client success.

• Build and maintain senior-level client relationships while mining new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with strategy and planning teams to transform customer insights into actionable marketing tactics.
• Ensure agency profitability by managing project budgets, resources, and financial reporting.
• Present and defend agency proposals to clients, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Requirements

• 6+ years of industry experience in a leadership role.
• Scientific Degree with a specialization in Marketing or Economics.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce, online advertising, and paid search campaigns.
• Ability to create persuasive creative briefs and collaborate effectively with creative teams.
