Location: Based in London, GB; hybrid work model (office attendance required four days a week, Monday - Thursday)

What you will do
- Lead data-driven customer engagement strategies across European markets for print and digital subscriptions and consumer products.
- Operate and optimize the CDP (Treasure Data) and MarTech suite (Iterable) to ensure data quality and GDPR compliance.
- Design and launch personalized multi-channel campaigns (email, push) to optimize customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
- Collaborate with the European Performance Marketing Director to align end-to-end campaigns with revenue targets.
- Develop test-and-learn programs based on behavioral, demographic, and value-based insights to drive growth.
- Coach and develop a team of three direct reports while collaborating with global and local marketing teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in CRM management and CDP setup and optimization.
- Hands-on experience in international or European markets, managing both in-person and virtual teams.
- Demonstrable track record of developing MarTech suites enabling automation and data integration across multiple channels.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in subscriptions and digital owned marketing channels.
- Excellent leadership and influencing skills with experience managing at least two direct reports.
- Must be based in London and able to work from the office four days per week
