What you will do

  • Own the day-to-day execution of paid search activity, including media plans and performance optimization.
  • Lead, coach, and develop Account Executives in the UK and Global Hub, providing constructive feedback and overseeing output.
  • Collaborate with the Global Hub to ensure daily diagnostics and governance are achieved to the highest standards.
  • Implement operational efficiencies and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Foster strong working relationships with clients and suppliers to act as a trusted advisor.
  • Drive a 'fearless growth' mindset by continually experimenting to improve client performance.

Requirements

  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Deep Paid Search knowledge with current Google Ads and Microsoft Ads certifications.
  • Experience line managing people, including their development and workload management.
  • Expertise in bid management and platforms such as SA360, Google Analytics, and GMP.
  • Strong data analysis skills and proficiency with Google Data Studio or similar reporting tools.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and high attention to detail.
